Job Description

  • Assemble complex electro-mechanical systems and sub-assemblies following engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards
  • Perform wiring, soldering, and mechanical fastening while handling small components with high precision
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly documentation to ensure accurate builds
  • Operate hand tools, measurement equipment, and assembly fixtures safely and effectively to meet production targets
  • Conduct quality checks and monitor production processes, reporting any deviations or malfunctions promptly
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and perform minor repairs, working closely with Engineering and Production teams
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in compliance with safety and quality protocols

Requirements

  • Technical Diploma or equivalent hands-on experience (IPC, OSHA, or SMTA certifications is advantageous)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related field
  • Proficiency in soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail with good manual dexterity
  • Good visual acuity to identify and handle small components accurately
